We endeavour to dispatch non-personalised orders within 5 working days of cleared payment, subject to stock availability. For embroidered and heat transfer printed goods please allow an additional 2-5 working days depending on workload. If there is going to be a delay for any reason we will contact you and may offer you an alternative product to speed up supply.
Our chosen courier will email you with a parcel tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched by us. This email will give you a delivery tracking number and a link to the couriers website where you will be able to check the delivery progress of your order.
If you have made a mistake and wish to change your order, please contact us using our contact form HERE as soon as possible. Orders placed are processed daily with suppliers and can often be dispatched the next working day, so time is of the essence! Once we have processed your images for print or embroidery there will be an additional charge for any changes made.

We always send a PDF proof of a new logo or design to be embroidered. It is important you review the accuracy of this proof as we cannot make changes after the embroidery is made. We do not normally send you proof of printing, unless we have had to enhance an image (a chargeable item) you have provided to us in order to make it print quality.
On request, we will happily provide an embroidered sample on a swatch of fabric similar to that you have ordered, sent by post. This will incur a charge to convert your logo or image to a format readable by our Embroidery machines, a machine setup charge to cover the cost of producing a one off sample and a postage charge to send the sample to you.
We accept your artwork/logo in many different formats. For embroidery we accept JPEG, TIFF, PNG,SVG, AI, PSD, BMP, PDF files. We can also accept DST or EMB files if you have these, but we will need to assess whether these reach our standard for production through our quality control systems. For print we prefer to receive Vector Quality images such as AI, SVG, EPS, PDF. All of these should be created at the highest possible resolution, with a minimum of 300dpi. Please do not take a lower resolution image such as a JPEG, convert it to a PNG file and save with high resolution, this will only result in poor quality print which we will apply to your garments as per your order. If you are unsure if your image is of a high enough quality to print then please contact us before finalising your order and we can advise. We do also have a service to prepare your image to print quality standard for which there is a small charge. Embroidered logos look professional and are hard wearing being very resistant through many wash cycles. But they are limited on the number of colours that can be used and limitations on fades or graduations in colour Prints are great for larger logos offering high definition and a higher number of shades or colour for complex logos. They also work well for garments where the back of the embroidery might irritate if worn next to bare skin, where the garment is lightweight and embroidery would maybe make it sag (sports tops/T-Shirts etc) and on one off garments that are not for long term wear, such as event wear/stag do’s etc. We cannot apply print to any fleece or knitted garment (unless it is a knitted beanie with a patch that will take application of print). If in doubt please contact us before placing your order and we will advise you on suitability.
We will estimate the best size for your logo depending on the location. The size will be shown on the artwork proof that we send you. If you would like your logo at a specific size then please contact us at sales@enhance-embroideryandprint.com so that we can see if it works on your chosen garments.
Logo embroidery prices start from £3.5 (Ex-VAT)per logo. Large logos or logos with a high stitch count may cost more, we’ll review your order when received and advise if this is the case.
Print prices start from £3.00 (Ex-VAT) for the smallest sleeve/neck/small chest size logo up to £15 (Ex-VAT) for full front or back print (maximum size 35cm x 45cm)
When ordering a new custom logo/design for the first time a logo preparation fee of £10 (Ex-VAT) will be applied to your order. This fee covers the time and expense of converting the file or text you upload into a format that can be used by our printing or embroidery machines. Once you have paid the logo preparation fee for a new logo design, you will not be charged this fee again on subsequent orders. Remember to select the same logo from your account at order time, if you upload your logo again this will be seen as a new logo and another logo preparation fee will be added.

We can embroider almost any garment including hats, fleeces, coats and trousers in any position including the back and sleeves.
You can have as many as fit on the garment!

Sometimes it is not noticeable but you do need to be aware that the application of embroidery will put thousands of micro needle holes in your garment, which might possible allow moisture to seep through to the inner lining. We have yet to have negative comments from a customer in this regard, but if you are concerned then please consider our printed options.
Yes we can, but your choice of colours is more limited than normal embroidery. You will also need to request written confirmation from us that Fire Retardent thread has been used in order to satisfy some site requirements.

We will print your design using the best method for the job, and for many, that method is Direct to Film (DTF) printing. This advanced technique involves printing your design onto a special film and then transferring it onto the garment using heat. DTF printing offers vibrant, high-quality prints that are durable, water and UV resistant. It’s a versatile option suitable for a wide range of garment types and order sizes, ensuring your designs look sharp and last long. We also use HTV (Heat Transfer Vinyl) for some simple logo’s, reflective logo’s and details like sports numbers etc
We can print onto most items of clothing including most polo shirts, t-shirts, sweatshirts and hi-vis items. Unfortunately we cannot print onto fleeces or knitted garments.

We will contact you at the earliest available opportunity if your order is going to be delayed for any reason. If you are unable to accept delivery for any reason please contact the delivery courier with the details contained in your delivery confirmation email to enable you to arrange to leave in a safe place, leave with a neighbour or deliver on a different day. Orders to the UK Mainland will be delivered using our chosen courier and will be charged at £6.99 plus VAT for orders up to £150.00 (ex VAT). Orders over £150.00 (ex VAT) will be delivered FREE of charge.
Orders to the Highlands and Islands & Northern Ireland will be delivered using our chosen courier and will be charged at £12.95 (Isle of White, Isles of Scilly) / £19.95 (Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands) / £19.95 (Isle of Man, Orkney Islands, Scottish Western Isles, Shetland Islands) plus VAT for orders up to £150.00 (ex VAT). Orders over £150.00 (ex VAT) will be delivered FREE of charge.
Sorry, we do not currently offer international delivery via our online store.
All deliveries will require a signature on receipt. Therefore, please ensure that someone is present at the delivery address to sign for the order. If no one is present, the couriers will attempt to deliver with a neighbour.
